Named after Soldier's Island on the Grand Canal — right beside our brewery in Sallins — this pale ale is hoppy but approachable. Bright citrus and tropical notes up front, balanced by a clean malt backbone that keeps it easy drinking. The perfect middle ground for anyone who wants flavour without being hit over the head with it.

Unfiltered and unpasteurised. Brewed in Kildare.
